A870 optical time domain reflectometer (OTDR) shortens the time for installation, debugging and fiber spacing maintenance through adopting high performance hardware and convenient software.
The main function of A870 is for fiber fault diagnosis, especially aiming at FTTH applications. Besides basic OTDR functions, A870 also has a built-in light source function for optical fiber identification. In addition, A870 also has a visual light source option, through which the visual inspection of fiber bends and fiber ruptures in dead zone of OTDR can be carried out.
