RETURNS AND REFUNDS

General Return Policy

In the event of product/products found to be physically damaged, defective or different from the description on the detail page shall be subject to return and refund or replacement.

REPLACEMENT

Conditions

Replacements can be requested if at least any one of the following conditions apply:

  1. Item(s) received is physically damaged;
  2. Item(s) received has missing parts.
  3. Item(s) received is different from their description on the product detail page; or we cross check with your PO.
  4. Item(s) received is defective/does not work properly.

Note:

  1. Replacement process must be initiated within 24 hours from the time of receipt of order by the User. The Product must be in an unused state before seeking for a replacement and should be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or invoice issued at the time of sale of the Product.
  2. Any request for replacement will be accepted only after inspection of the Product. Once the Product is received, it takes about 3 working days for inspection team to confirm on the replacement request. On confirmation of the genuine need for replacement of the Product, we shall replace the desired Product to the User in 15 working days.
  3. When the goods are sent for replacement, the one-way freight charges will have to be paid by the User. The freight charges for sending the replaced goods to the User will be borne by SPI Engineers.

REFUNDS

Conditions

Refunds can be requested if at least any one of the following conditions apply:

  1. Item(s) received is physically damaged;
  2. Item(s) received has missing parts.
  3. Item(s) received is different from their description on the product detail page; or
  4. Item(s) received is defective/does not work properly.

Note:

  1. A refund will be initiated only after due verification by personnel(s) from the SPI Engineers.
  2. Once the verification of the refund request is complete and found to be genuine and acceptable, the refund for the products will be done in the source mode of payment within 10 -15 working days.

Cancellation Policy

An order once placed by customer(s) and confirmed by the SPI Engineers Pvt. Ltd. cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Within India Only. We offer Free Shipping for all orders within India

Locally held stocks are delivered within 5-7 Business Days. Please note that shipping transit times may be extended due to force majeure, festivals or unforeseen circumstances that may hamper delivery. Please contact us to request for expedited shipping if needed, and we will try to honour your request, if possible.

For Price on Request products, shipping transit time shall depend on the Technical specification/configuration required and product availability which shall be duly communicated to the customer by our Technical Team.
